Distance Sales Terms

These terms form the general framework for consumer orders placed through scarvik.com.

1. Seller and order information

The seller is ASTEO ARGE, Adana, Turkiye. Product, seller contact, price, tax, delivery, and payment information shown during checkout and in the order confirmation forms part of the transaction.

2. Products, price, and payment

Product characteristics and compatibility are stated on the relevant product page. The applicable price, currency, tax, shipping cost, and available payment method are confirmed before the order is submitted.

3. Delivery

Orders are delivered using the method confirmed for the destination. The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery information and inspect visibly damaged packages where reasonably possible.

4. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may exercise statutory withdrawal rights within the applicable period, subject to legal exceptions. The product, accessories, and documentation should be returned with appropriate care. Any assessment of diminished value does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

5. Warranty and disputes

Suspected manufacturing or material issues are reviewed using the order, product condition, installation, use, and supporting evidence. Mandatory warranty rights and the consumer’s right to apply to competent consumer bodies remain unaffected.
